fa مبانی حق بر تحصیل و آموزش زنان در اسلام عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مجموعۀ امتیازات و مطالبات انسانی در نظام حقوقی اسلام، در عرصۀ زندگی فردی و اجتماعی، مبتنی و متکی‌بر سلسله مبادی و مبانی طبیعی و فطری است؛ زنان به‌عنوان نیمی از پیکرۀ جامعه، دارای حقوق و مطالبات اجتماعی، سیاسی، فرهنگی و مشخصاً حق تحصیل و آموزش هستند. حق تحصیل و آموزش زنان، مانند مردان، پیش از همه ریشه و پایه در طبیعت و فطرت خدادادی آنان دارد؛ یعنی استعداد و قابلیت یادگیری علم و دانش، هدیۀ گران‌سنگ و پر افتخاری است که خداوند تنها به انسان، بدون توجه به جنسیت آن عطا نموده است که از رهگذر این استعداد و ظرفیت یادگیری است که جوهرۀ خِرَد و عقلانیت او شکوفا می‌شود و شرافت و کرامت ذاتی او به فعلیت و عینیت می‌رسد. در اسلام، نه‌تنها ممنوعیت و محدودیتی برای آموزش زنان وجود ندارد، بلکه، برعکس، همواره و پیوسته زن و مرد را به تفکر و اندیشیدن فراخوانده و، در خطابات عام و خاص خود، جامعۀ زنان را به فراگیری علم و دانش در تمامی زمان‌ها و زمینه‌های زندگی تشویق و ترغیب کرده است که منجر به رفع نیازمندی‌ها و تکامل شخصیت وجودی انسان در مسیر عبودیت رحمانی می‌شود. در نتیجه، حق تحصیل و آموزش زنان نه‌تنها که سلب یا تعلیق نمی‌شود، بلکه لازم و واجب است که زمینه‌های فراگیری آن در هر شرایطی برای جویندگان و فراگیران آن تمهید و مهیا شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The set of privileges and human demands in the Islamic legal system, in the field of individual and social life, is based and relies on a series of natural and natural principles; As half of the society, women have social, political, and cultural rights and demands, and especially the right to education.
