fa رویکردهای دینی دربارۀ حق بر تحصیل و آموزش زنان در اسلام تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">از آغاز آشنایی جوامع اسلامی با تمدن و فرهنگ غرب، رویکرد‌های مختلفی در واکنش به این پدیده دیده شده است؛ برخی مسلمانان با نادیده انگاشتن مواجهۀ فرهنگ غرب، همان شیوۀ زندگیِ پیش از آشنایی با این تمدن را ادامه داده‌اند (رویکرد سنتی)؛ زیرا این دیدگاه با نادیده گرفتن تحولات پیش آمده، خواهان تداوم و استمرار همان سبک زندگیِ مبتنی‌بر آداب و رسوم چندصدساله هستند و موضع سخت‌گیرانه و محدودیت‌آمیز شدیدی نسبت به کلیت حقوق زنان و حق آموزش آنان قائل هستند. برخی دیگر از مسلمانان، در مواجهه با تمدن و نفوذ فرهنگ غرب، برخورد منفعلانه از خود نشان نداده‌اند؛ بلکه با موضع فعال در برابر آن ایستادگی کرده‌اند که این ایستادگی به&lrm;صورت منفی یا مثبت و پذیرش واقعیت&lrm;های موجود و یافتن راه&lrm;حل مؤمنانه در شرایط جدید زندگی ظهور کرده است. دیدگاه منفی به تمدن غرب، دیدگاه نوسلفی یا دیدگاه معاصر است که محدودیت‌های جدی شکلی و محتوایی دربارۀ حقوق سیاسی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و حق آموزش زنان، قائل هستند. دیدگاه احتیاط&lrm;آمیزی که در مواجهه با فرهنگ و تمدن غرب برخی واقعیت‌&lrm;ها را پذیرفت، رویکرد اصلاحیِ اجتهادی است. این تحقیق به بررسی رویکردهای فوق نسبت به حق آموزش زنان در اسلام پرداخته است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Since the beginning of Islamic societies&#39; acquaintance with Western civilization and culture, various approaches have been seen in response to this phenomenon; some Muslims, ignoring the encounter with Western culture, have continued the same way of life as before they became acquainted with this civilization (traditional approach), because this view, ignoring the developments that have occurred, wants the continuation and continuity of the same lifestyle based on centuries-old customs and traditions and takes a strict and restrictive stance towards the totality of women&#39;s rights and their right to education. Some other Muslims, in the face of Western civilization and the influence of Western culture, have not shown a passive attitude; rather, they have resisted it with an active stance, which has emerged in a negative or positive form and acceptance of existing realities and finding a faithful solution in the new conditions of life. The negative view of Western civilization is the neo-Salafist view, or the contemporary view that places serious formal and substantive restrictions on women&#39;s political, social, and cultural rights and the right to education. A cautious perspective that accepted some realities in the face of Western culture and civilization is the reformist jihadist approach.
