Israel officially announced the start of a large military operation called "Iron Swords." These attacks resulted in the deaths of many civilians and the displacement of thousands of families. Therefore, analyzing the behavior of Palestinian militants and Israeli armed forces in accordance with international humanitarian law and customary rules of warfare is necessary. In this article, we employed analytical and descriptive methods to examine the crimes committed in Gaza and reached the following conclusions: contrary to popular belief, on one hand, Israeli security forces in Gaza have committed war crimes and crimes against humanity, with their actions involving violations of international human rights law and international criminal law, breaches of humanitarian law, violations of children's rights, gender-based violence, and violence against migrants.
