Abstract: (88 Views)
There are various methods for reducing and reducing human reproduction. Some are common in the past and some are newly emerging methods. Each of the methods is different in terms of effect and efficiency. Some have a long-term effect and lead to infertility and a reduction in the generation in an eternal and permanent way, and completely deprive and destroy the power and ability of children and reproduction from humans, and some prevent reproduction within a specific time frame and temporarily and intermittently and lead to a halt in the increase in the generation. In addition, preventing children and reproduction is sometimes considered as an individual act and sometimes as a general and comprehensive government policy and strategy. Each of these two types of prevention of procreation can be considered sometimes in a normal and natural situation and sometimes due to special and emergency conditions, each of which has its own special ruling. Reducing the population temporarily and individually with many methods is legally permissible, but preventing procreation permanently due to incompatibility with the Sharia's goal of marriage and the survival of the human race, causing instability in the foundation of families, etc., especially with Islam's emphasis on procreation and reproduction, is legally unacceptable and forbidden.
